Delivery Policies

To maintain our schedule for all clients, drivers are permitted a complimentary grace period at pickup and drop-off locations.

• Grace Period:10 minutes free of charge.
• Wait Time Fee:$0.75 per minute (equivalent to $45.00/hour) starting on the 11th minute of waiting.

Cancellations disrupt dispatch scheduling and route planning.

• Advance Cancellation:No charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellation:Cancellations made under 2 hours will incur a flat $20.00 fee.
• Dry Run (No-Show):If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the cargo is unavailable, or if the client cannot be reached within 15 minutes, the job will be cancelled. You will be billed the full base rate of the order.

To keep our baseline rates stable, a variable fuel surcharge may be added to long-distance deliveries (trips exceeding 50 miles) if local regular fuel prices rise above $4.00 per gallon. This surcharge fluctuates based on national averages to cover independent operating overhead.

All cargo must safely fit within a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport (maximum total capacity of 500 lbs and maximum individual package weight of 50 lbs).

We reserve the right to inspect packages and refuse service for any cargo that contains hazardous materials (HAZMAT), illegal contraband, or items that put the driver or vehicle at risk.
